  • Consultation

This is a FREE service given to our clients when they inquire about the services we provide. Through this service we get to know every detail of the client's needs. During this meeting it is required to be able to view the location for inspiration.

The estimation can be made during this period. If you already have a budget, we can work on that. If not, you can check our Packages section to know more of our services.

  • PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% has to be made as an advance payment. If not received the amount under 48 hours of the start, the project might get postponed or cancelled. The first half is NOT REFUNDABLE.

After completion of the project the final 50% amount is to be received in 48 hours. NOT able to make any transactions in the given time may lead to removal of items partly until payment is addressed.

*NOTE* : If the client has requested to close the deal for some reason, a small amount of fee from the second half will be deducted as for the time and work given.

  • REZZING & EDIT RIGHTS

It is required to give permissions to rezzing rights, edit rights, and access to security orbs, group tags, ban lines and allowing scripts.

Please check that the automatic objects return is disabled.

  • Process

When we are on task, we request you not to intervene during the work in progress. You can still have a look when we are not working on it, but it's best not to look at which helps with the surprise effect as well.

  • Communication

It is necessary that we keep contact with the client throughout the WIP [work in progress], so the client can be updated and reported of how much further process has been made in a day. The communication also helps if the client has to make any changes which includes; textures, furniture, or any kind of decoration.

  • Changes

If you want to make any changes in the decoration, it's necessary that you let your decorator know about it first hand during the WIP. If asked to make prior changes after completion of the project will lead to extra charges. Extra charges include; the cost of the items that needs to be changed, and the extra time given.

  • Contact

If by any chance, the decorator is offline in-world, drop her a notecard with the reason stated, or you can simply drop her a message on Facebook.

  • Professionalism

We strictly maintain a strong professional behavior. You're requested to keep it as professional as possible. Abusive behavior or ill manner will not be tolerated, which will lead to abandonment of project and no refund shall be made under any circumstances.
